Don't assume that anything hasn't been updated just because there's no refresh date showing.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays enforceable to the extent the law allows, and the rest of the agreement keeps working.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
What either of us owes before termination stays in effect after. These terms are active until you or we end them. You can end them anytime by telling us you don't want our services anymore or by stopping use of the site. If we think you've broken these terms, we can end the agreement anytime without notice. You'll still owe everything through the termination date, and we might block your access.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce something in these terms, that doesn't mean we're giving up that right. These terms, along with any policies on the site, make up the entire agreement between us and control how you use the service. They replace any earlier agreements or conversations, whether spoken or written. We won't interpret unclear parts of these terms against ourselves.
